Position Overview

You will work on RDK-B gateway firmware - building CcspComponents, integrating with TR-069 ACS systems, and developing features for Raspberry Pi 4/5, Jetson Nano, Banana Pi, various display types, camera modules, and IoT device integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and customise RDK-B CcspComponents on Raspberry Pi 4 and 5
  • Develop firmware for Jetson Nano and Banana Pi M5 targets
  • Integrate Camera Modules via V4L2 and MIPI CSI-2
  • Support various display types (HDMI, DSI, SPI TFT)
  • Implement Raspberry Pi Module peripherals and HATs
  • Integrate IoT devices via Zigbee, Z-Wave, BLE, and MQTT
  • Implement TR-181 data model extensions for new features
  • Write integration tests for the RDK-B certification suite

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 3+ years of embedded Linux development in C/C++
  • Experience with RDK-B or similar residential gateway firmware
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, TR-069)
  • Yocto Project build system experience
  • Comfortable debugging with GDB, strace, and kernel tools

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • hostapd, nl80211, or Wi-Fi vendor SDK integration
  • CCSP framework or WebPA experience
  • Zigbee or Z-Wave gateway experience
